Here are a few things that will be useful to you in relation to working together.

Terms and Conditions of Working Together:

By booking a consultation with Naziana Searle at Natural Health Surrey you agree to the  terms listed below.

Your homeopathy treatment is a partnership within this agreement is an undertaking between Client and Therapist, built on mutual trust and respect.

You are encouraged to be open and honest about all of your health, emotions and contributary effects, past and present, as well as your expectations.

Your consultations are always completely confidential.  Your data is kept securely at all times as noted in my data protection policy -   https://www.naturalhealthsurrey.co.uk/privacy-policy

What to expect

I offer time, and due care in respect of treatments, but ultimately you take responsibility for your own well-being. You are encouraged to be open to matters occurring in your general life where these may have an effect on your care.

Your homeopathy consultations are a space for us to discuss your symptoms in the context of your daily life. Your schedule, routines, sleep habits, nutrition, skin-care and exercise all have an impact on how you’re feeling.

Small changes will make a positive difference over time.

  • Homeopathy is a process whereby the body is stimulated to heal itself.

  • Successful treatment is rarely achieved in one step, but is like a series of stepping stones.

  • Generally progress is steady, and sometimes there will be a plateau.

  • Previous symptoms may reappear during your treatment. This is part of the homeopathic ‘law of cure’ and indicates that deeper healing is taking place.

  • You can expect to see an improvement in the severity, frequency and duration of your symptoms during the course of your treatment.

  • Your treatment is tailored to you as an individual. Everyone responds differently. Your progress will depend on your symptoms at the start of treatment, as well as your medical history.

  • Better energy, sleep and mood are often early signs that positive change is taking place.

Withdrawing Medication

Many clients come with a list of pharmaceutical drugs that they may like to stop taking.  It is my practice policy that you must consult with your GP about withdrawing from taking any medication and patients should never suddenly stop taking medication without discussing it with whomever has prescribed them.

My commitment to you

I work with you and for you. I will be honest, open, non-judgemental, and professional. I am open to your feedback about how I can improve the way in which we work together.

If you have any queries regarding your homeopathy treatment I am contactable by email on weekdays and will respond as soon as I can. Please don’t contact me using text.

* I set aside time for email most weekdays, which will vary depending on my work schedule.

* I usually take a complete break from email outside of the usual working week of Monday – Friday.

* For urgent homeopathy advice, you can speak to one of the Pharmacies, alternatively the Homeopathy Helpline on 0906 534 3404 or homeopathy247.com.

Your commitment to the homeopathic process

* You agree to value and prioritise your appointments as this is time that has been set aside especially for you.

* You agree to let me know immediately if you have any concerns about our work together.

* The time for bringing a course of homeopathic treatment to a close is normally discussed and agreed between us. However, you are free to leave a course of treatment at any time giving direct notice.

The Consultation

The Consultation will take place at the time indicated. If you arrive late at the meeting, we will still have to finish at the correct time so that I am ready for my next client. You be be charged the full consultation rate.

Homeopathy is not instead of Accident and Emergency Care

If you need emergency health care please contact your Doctor or Emergency Services.

Emergency Service

I cannot provide an emergency service. If you need emergency care please contact the emergency services.

Payments

* Payments are to be made by bank transfer no later than 48 hours after your appointment.

* Additional remedies or advice requested between appointments incur an additional charge as appropriate. This charge includes the time taken to prepare and post them. Payments for these should be also made by bank transfer upon request.

Please ask me for further information if you’d like to know more about the benefits of paying for a block of treatments, and how that could work for you.

Cancellation policy

You’ll receive an email confirmation of your appointment on booking. A reminder is sent to you a few days before the scheduled appointment.

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of your consultation. I often have a waiting list for last minute consults so please give me as much notice as possible so I can rebook the slot.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged.

Last minute changes

If you are running late for the session, please don’t worry. I completely understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan. It’s possible to arrange to switch to a telephone call or to Zoom if that makes things easier on the day.
